Knife Skills | 16th May 6.30pm | 2.5 hours | Islington
In this introductory class to knife skills, we will show you how to use your knife safely in the kitchen and to select the correct for knife for the right job. You will also be taught a myriad of techniques, from a fine dice and julienne, to rock and chop and chiffonade. These newly learnt skills will be put to good use with the creation of some delicious recipes.
Sample Menu :
- Roasted spiced aubergine topped with a tabouleh salad and drizzled with yoghurt and herb dressing
- Minestrone soup with pesto
- Mini Pavlovas with seasonal fruits
Age Restriction : 18+
Main Allergens : eggs, wheat, nuts.
This class is suitable for Vegetarians.
We will offer a free of charge knife sharpening service on your knives or you can buy new ones with a 10% discount.
